Counselling involves meeting, connecting and getting to know and accept you and your situation. It is mainly done through talking. When you look at, accept and explore situations they can start to shift and we can often find better ways to manage them.

Mindfulness is simply awareness. Through developing our awareness we can start to better understand our minds and lives. With understanding, we can then begin to live better lives.
Mindfulness Coaching
Mindfulness Coaching involves the one-to-one teaching of mindfulness tools and concepts to help deal with difficulties and increase our happiness. These tools and concepts can then be applied to your own life to make it better.
Mind and Body Training
Mind and Body Training combines mindfulness practices with physical exercise to improve both the body and mind for better overall health and happiness.
Mindful Martial Arts
Mindful Martial Arts are a traditional way of training both mind and body. I combine mindfulness tools and concepts with training in Sword Arts or Unarmed Combat from a blend of Eastern and Western traditions.
